Kobachi Sunday 

We got in cahoots with one of our favourite ceramists in the city, Maggie Boyd, for Kobachi Sunday at Revolver. To complete the collaboration trifecta, uber-talented chef Alex Hon (West Restaurant), joined us in the fun. Together, we're dishing out a West Coast take on Japanese pork kakuni (delicately braised pork belly) with fresh greens and fragrant whole grains in a Maggie Boyd ceramic bowl that guests took home after the meal.
